Gavin Huang

Gavin Huang

Gavin is a native mandarin speaker from Shanghai. He has many years experience teaching mandarin to both adults and children in Australia.

Gavin graduated from Lanzhou Technology University in 1994 with a Bachelor Degree in Engineering and obtained a MBA from Shanghai Jiaotong University in 2008. He has the accreditation of a Chinese language teacher from Hanban, China.

Laurie Lu

Laurie Lu

Laurie is a native Mandarin speaker who has extensive experience teaching Mandarin to both adults and children. Before moving to Australia, she taught English at an international school in Suzhou and Mandarin to foreign students in Shanghai. She has also taught Chinese at a community language school in Melbourne.

Laurie has completed a Bachelor Degree in Education from Hunan University of Science and Technology. During her undergraduate degree, she studied at United Kingdom as an exchange student. She also has the qualification of Certificate IV in Education Support from TAFE (VIC). Additionally, she is a volunteer in-classroom Teacher Aide at a primary school in Melbourne.

Tricia Tan

Tricia is a native mandarin speaker from Harbin, China with many years’ experience teaching mandarin at all levels in both China and Australia.

Her qualifications include a Bachelor of Professional Foreign Language (majoring in Education and Psychology) from Northeast Agricultural University, China and a Master of Modern Language of Education from the University of Melbourne.

Lily Liu

Lily Liu

With 30 years of teaching Mandarin, Lily Liu has extensive experience teaching in both China and Australia.

Lily has a Bachelor Degree in Education from China Youth University of Political Studies in Beijing, China and a number of qualifications including a Certificate IV in Education Support at Swinburne University (2019) and a Certificate IV in Community Language Teaching (2017). Additionally, she has obtained a Certificate in LOTE Methodology Training Course Phase I and II for Chinese (2015).
