Temple Xin - Senior Chinese Teacher and Coordinater

Temple is the senior Chinese teacher and the chairperson in Macquarie Mandarin, senior Mandarin teacher in the Institute of Languages, UNSW, Chinese teacher in Cranbrook School and Kambala School.
Temple is a graduate with BA in Chinese from Peking University China, MA in Chinese Studies from The University of Sydney, and Graduate Diploma in Education from Macquarie University Australia.
She is an expert teacher in all level Mandarin courses and especially in the corporate language and cultural training programs. Temple is also a long time freelance Chinese writer who has been contributing to most of the Chinese newspapers and publications in Australia.

Lu Jia is a professional teacher in all level Mandarin courses, especially in business Mandarin and HSK courses. With a BA in Economics and a MA in Japanese and the experience of living and working in Australia for more than 10 years, she has a good understanding of different cultures and languages. She is also working as the Chinese teacher in the Department of Modern Languages, UNSW.

Bao is a highly experienced Chinese teacher who has worked for many public schools for their K-12 Chinese programs and The Saturday Schools of Community Languages under the Department of Education and Training, NSW. With her BA degree in Chinese Language and Literature from Hainan University China, Diploma of Library and Information Services of TAFE NSW, Bao is currently focusing on teaching and developing the Children’s Chinese early learning programs.
Charlotte holds a Bachelor Degree of Education in UTS, and the Diploma of Business (Accounting) in TAFE, NSW. She is an experienced Mandarin teacher whose expertise is in children’s early learning area. She has completed the studies of one module of Certificate IV in Early Childhood Emotion in Hong Kong University.

Nina is a young and enthusiastic Mandarin teacher with her double BA degrees in Chinese Literature & Art from Peking University, China. She also has a Master of Art Curatorship from the University of Sydney. She is particularly an expert in Children’s early learning programs as well as in other Mandarin teaching field.

With a Graduate Diploma in TESOL, a MA in Translation and a BA in Chinese Language & Literature, as well as many years teaching experience in both cities of Sydney and Shanghai, Franny is a highly qualified teacher for all level Chinese courses and English as Second Language courses.

Jo is a professional Chinese teacher whose expertise is teaching Mandarin for English speakers, Business Cantonese, and Children’s Chinese programs. Being a native speaker of both Mandarin and Cantonese with a BA degree in Chinese Language and Literature in Ji’Nan University, Guangzhou China and a certificate in Japanese in TAFE, and previous journalist experience, Jo is keen to teach both adults and children Mandarin from the beginning to advanced level.

Nora is a qualified and experienced Mandarin teacher who is specialised in teaching children’s Chinese courses. Previously working in a few community language colleges and Saturday schools and involving in the writing of NSW School K-12 Chinese syllabus supporting materials, Nora is keen to serve the community with her excellent Mandarin teaching skills.

Tianyang is an enthusiastic young professional Mandarin tutor, who has multi-talent in languages, music and performing arts. Her warmth and good understanding of Mandarin Chinese makes herself a popular Mandarin tutor amongst Macquarie Mandarin students.

Haiou Liu has a Master Degree of Philosophy from Beijing University China. She has 40 years experience in teaching Chinese in both China and Australia.
Haiou has taught Mandarin in Wesley Senior School, and now she is teaching Mandarin courses for the Australian Chinese Association.
Despite teaching adults, she has also taught Children’s Chinese classes at the different Chinese community language schools, as well as conducted private tutoring work for Aschem School.
Haiou is also a Chinese writer with many books and articles published in both China and Australia.
