Macquarie Mandarin teachers had the professional development meeting and inspected the books and the other teaching resources sent by Hanban.
Macquarie Mandarin organised a very successful Children's Mandarin Summer Camp on 16th -20th January during the school holidays.
The Mandarin Summer Camp was a full time program 9am-5pm Monday to Friday taught and facilitated by our expert teacher Charlotte Wong.
The children enjoyed learning Mandarin along with many cultural and social activities such as Chinese food preparation, chopsticks practising, sports games, brush writing and cartoon films etc. A summer holiday program with a lot of fun!




Macquarie Mandarin academic manager Temple Xin represented the school at Marrickville Organic Market at Addison Road Community Centre, Marrickville.

Macquarie Mandarin advanced business Mandarin classes and the children's early learning classes participated and enjoyed the calligraphy afternoon tea in term 2, 2011.
Mr. Jiang Weiliang, the 80 year old calligraphy master and his assistant Miss Pi Xi demonstrated the elegant and sophisticated Chinese calligraphy arts during this event.
